APPOINTMENT BOOKING
For your convenience, we invite you to use our online booking link or find us on Vagaro. If you any questions before booking, or would prefer to book your appointment by phone, please call or text us at 971-320-4606.
ARRIVAL TIMES
If you’re a new client, please be sure to fill out the client forms that were sent to you in your confirmation email. If you’re an existing client, please arrive on time and text us at 971-320-4606 upon your arrival. Please note that everyone is allotted a specific amount for their service (most services are 60-90 minutes). If you will be arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving late will minimize your scheduled service time, as we must complete your service in the allotted time frame in order to accommodate the next client. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more then 25 minutes late and a “no-show” fee may be charged equal to the amount of your booked service.
CANCELLATION AND “NO SHOW” POLICY
If you need to reschedule an existing appointment, The Beauty Of It requires notification at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a fee equal to the amount of your booked service. No-shows will result in a fee as noted above.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All of our services & gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our services, products or gift certificates.
